Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date and time. Your remaining balance will be due 24 hours before your session. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis, and time slots are limited. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. You may reschedule your session one time without an additional fee, provided the request is made within the 48-hour window. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in forfeiture of the deposit. 3. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session as all appointments must finish on time to accommodate other clients. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. 4. Session Details Each session includes 15 minutes of shooting and 5 professionally edited images. Additional edited images can be purchased for $25 per image. Please arrive ready to shoot, as there will be no additional time for outfit changes or touch-ups beyond your 15-minute session. 5. Image Delivery Your edited images will be delivered within 2-3 business days after your session via a private online gallery. Express delivery (within 24 hours) is available for an additional $50. 6. Location and Setup Sessions will take place at our indoor partner venue, featuring your choice of Fall, Winter, Thanksgiving, or Christmas backgrounds. The location address will be provided upon booking confirmation. 7. Payment Methods Payments can be made via online via the booking portal. Full payment is required before the session begins. By booking a session, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.
