Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me to capture this special time in your lives! Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking & Deposit: The engagement photo shoot is priced at $650 for a 90-minute session. A 50% non-refundable deposit of $325 is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. The remaining balance of $325 is due on the day of the session, prior to the start of the shoot. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or reschedule requests must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled session to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If you request a reschedule with more than 48 hours' notice, your deposit can be transferred to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Rescheduling is subject to my availability, and I will do my best to accommodate your new date. 3. Late Policy: Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session time may be shortened accordingly, and the full session fee will still apply. If you arrive 30 minutes late or more, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. 4. Travel Policy: Travel is included for locations within a 5-mile radius of 30213. For locations outside of this radius, an additional travel fee will apply at a rate of $1 per mile. 5. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Shoots): In the event of inclement weather, we can reschedule your outdoor session for a future date at no additional cost. 6. Final Images: You will receive 15-20 fully edited, high-resolution images from your session via an online gallery. The online gallery will be delivered within 1 week of your shoot date. If you need your images sooner, a rush editing fee of $75 can be added, and your images will be delivered within 3 days. 7. Image Rights: You will receive a personal usage license for the final images. This means you can print, share, and use the photos for personal purposes. Commercial use (such as for business or advertising) requires additional licensing and fees. Please discuss this with me in advance if applicable.
