Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing me as your photographer! Please read the following booking policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. 1. Booking & Deposit: - A **non-refundable deposit of $200 is required at the time of booking to secure your session date and time. - The remaining balance of **$275** is due on the day of the session, prior to the start of the shoot. - Payments can be made online via PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, Venmo, etc. 2. Rescheduling: - You may reschedule your session up to **48 hours** before the scheduled shoot without losing your deposit. - If you reschedule with less than 48 hours' notice, a **$75 rescheduling fee** will apply. - Rescheduling is subject to my availability, and I will do my best to accommodate your new date. 3. Cancellations: - All deposits are **non-refundable**, even in the case of cancellation. - If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. Cancellations with less than **48 hours' notice** will result in a charge of 50% of the session fee. 4. Late Policy: - Please arrive on time for your session. If you arrive more than **15 minutes late**, the session time will be shortened accordingly, and the full session fee will still apply. - If you arrive **30 minutes late or more**, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show, and the full session fee will be charged. 5. Travel Policy: - Travel is included for locations within a **10-mile radius** of 30213. - For locations outside of this radius, an additional travel fee will apply at a rate of **$1 per mile**. 6. Weather Policy (For Outdoor Shoots): - In the event of inclement weather, we can reschedule your outdoor session for a future date at no additional cost. 7. Final Images: - You will receive **10-15 fully edited, high-resolution images** from your session via an online gallery. - The online gallery will be delivered within **1 week** of your shoot date. If you need your images sooner, a **rush editing fee of $75** can be added, and your images will be delivered within **3 days**. 8. Image Rights: - You will receive a personal usage license for the final images. This means you can print, share, and use the photos for personal purposes. - Commercial use (such as for business or advertising) requires additional licensing and fees. Please discuss this with me in advance if applicable.
