So i decided to try my hand at making an Zuppa Toscana, I mean it couldn’t be that hard right. I don’t like to brag but I have been told that I make really good soups thanks to all those summers I spent helping my great granny in the kitchen.
I started with some basic ingredients.
I added the garlic to the pan while the oil was heating so that it would have a nice flavor.
Have to make sure the meat is fully cooked so in went the sausage
I didn’t want to over cook my potatoes so I cubed them and added right as the meat was finished
Added the broth and spinach
Allowed this to simmer about 2 hours and viola!
